For over a decade, I've partnered with organisations across the public and private sectors to build, launch, and scale impactful products while transforming how they work. My passion lies in driving digital transformation, uncovering innovative ways to harness technology for better outcomes, and assembling high-performing teams that thrive on modern practices—empowered product management, user-centric design, and agile development.
I am currently working as an external consultant on digital transformation.
As a freelance consultant, I worked on several key projects, including collaborating with Orilat, a leading Latin American toy retailer, to map business processes for ERP and CRM implementation, streamlining workflows and enabling clearer vendor selection. I also remotely facilitated a winning team during the EU Sparks for Climate Hackathon, guiding them in generating innovative ideas and ensuring smooth collaboration. For the Argentine NGO CIPPEC, I authored a report on data aggregation and visualisation for digital skills and employability policy, outlining technical specifications and an implementation framework. Lastly, I worked on the Open Government Partnership's website, producing a strategic report with recommendations for improving usability, web content management, and team processes, helping shape the organisation’s development roadmap.
I worked as a digital transformation and innovation consultant at EVM from February 2022 to December 2024, in charge of the formation of a business unit dedicated to digital products.
I led the creation of the new product team, including its ways of working, and the definition, strategy and deployment of Tamiz, the first product from the company, dedicated to public procurement in Spain.
I worked as a product manager at Kin + Carta from October 2020 to September 2021, in charge of Shell Energy's mobile app.
I worked defining product vision, OKRs, roadmap y features in close contact with the company stakeholders, and collaborated with a cross-functional team (UX design and research, Android y iOS development, QA) in the delivery and continuous improvement of the app.
At the argentinian's national government I worked as National Director for Digital Services (Modernisation Ministry) between 2016 and October 2018, where I worked in the creation and implementation of the digital strategy and standards for the whole administration. There I was in charge of a team of 60+ people.
From this strategy we created the official government website Argentina.gob.ar, the citizen platform Mi Argentina, its mobile app, the National Appointments System, and other developments.
I was in charge of the design and implementation of the official website Argentina.gob.ar, that unifies under one strategy all service guides from the argentinian government and all of the official websites from ministries and official agencies.
Approximately 1000 pre-existing websites were unified under this websites and we worked with every ministry and agency's communication office.
In the span of 3 years we were able to unify all the ministries' websites and more than 1000 citizen services in a readable language and with clear steps.
At the end of 2018 the website had an average of 10.000.000 unique monthly users.

I led the design and development of Mi Argentina, citizen portal and app that works with Argentina.gob.ar, with the main goal of being the place where citizens can find their information and services in a centralized and customized way.
From this work a consolidation of digital documents started to happen, first with the national driver's licence, the disability certificate, the organ donor card and social security information.
It also paved the way for other advances, such as the digital driver's licence, other vehicle credentials and the digital national ID card.
At the Buenos Aires City Government I was Creativity and Usability Manager from 2012 to the end of 2015 at the e-Gov Office, in charge of 6 people in the contet, design and UX teams.
During those years we implemented the official website buenosaires.gob.ar unifying 400 websites, we relaunched the City Map with a new mobile app Cómo llego, and we developed other applications and software for different government areas.
